I want a reputable voice changer that is acually good?

hello, im looking into purchasing a reputable voice changer that acually works and sounds well. this will be used on my cell phone and home phone. Feedback would be great. I cant wait to pull a prank on my familly and friends. A voice changer that goes from deep male voice to female voice. I just want to make shure i get something reputable so i cant waist money on some cheep gadget. THNX for your time
