How do i put music into my phone called the tmobile tap?

i have a phone its tmobile its called the tap and i installed the program called pc suite for it and it says that there are no devices found but the computer reads it.i dont know if i have to go somewhere on my phone or what..please help! anybody that has this phone??! please help
